Is 2-year engineering Diploma after 10+2 (vocational), equivalent to 3-year engineering Diploma?

Hello,
Yes it is. Through lateral entry, you can take admission for Diploma 2nd year. And, this is valid Diploma everywhere. 3 years Diploma is required. Good luck.
