Is 2nd MBA from abroad a good choice after doing PGDM from a good college in India? I've 4.5 years of work exp. (2.5 years post MBA).

Hi,
It can be done but please see that the university you are applying to accepts second MBA application. Since you have work experience you can show your career plans very clearly.
