Is 3-year BCA degree valid for doing MCA in top USA universities?

Hi,
Top US universities such as Harvard, MIT, etc. do accept 3-year Bachelors degree. However, there is no MCA abroad, this is specifically a degree only awarded by Indian universities. You may check for MS Computer Science, Applied Computing, etc.
