is 3years Diploma in commercial practice equivivallent to HSc or 2

My doughter has done SSLC then Dip in Commercial practice (3 yrs course) and thereafter BCom (by joining direct IInd year from Madras University will her Degree ie BCom is valid under SSLC , Hr Secondary( 2) and Degree pattern Pl answer whwther the above Diploma is equi to HSc

If it is recognized/affiliated with any of the University or Directorate of Technical Education of any state then only it will be treated as equivalent to HSC other wise not.
