LLB Eligibility: Aspiring candidates should have scored a minimum pass percentage either at the 12th level or graduation level. The percentages are 45% marks for General category, 42% for OBC and 40% for SC/ST categories.

As per Supreme Court order, no, you can't give CLAT exam. So, you can't apply for LLB.

According to Supreme Court guidelines, no person above 20 years of age of general category and no person belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PWD/SAP, above 22 can apply for CLAT 2017 and no further order has been given by the court, so any person above 45 years is not eligible to take admission in LLB course. B
