Is 5.5 band score enough to get admission in MS abroad?

It will be hard as the IELTS score is very low, so chances for visa rejection and chances for getting offer letter from the university is blank.

Good. You should take IELTS exam and score above 6.5 band. Otherwise, your student visa application might get rejected.
