Is 70% aggregate in BBA compulsory for admission in Canada for MBA?

Depends on college to college. Some colleges impose strictly graduation percentage and some colleges do not. Typically, it is sufficient for most of the colleges so yes minimum 70% must be there.

No, there is no compulsion but if you have good academics then you will get a good university.
