Is there any disadvantage after appearing for Improvement? I mean will every company and college accept that marksheet? And what are the basic difference between regular and Improvement marksheet? Will you please clear these doubts?

No, it is never a bad score, if you scored more than 80% in your class 12th, you will get a very good course, if you want and if you make out of the merit list and it is never bad score. I congratulate you on scoring this good score.
