Is 9 CGPA sufficient to apply for M.Sc at University of Toronto, Mcgill, McMaster or any other prestigious universities in Canada?

I am currently in my 3rd year of my B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering at Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology.

Yes! Definitely you score a very good CGPA. You must apply in any college of your interest you can qualify with many scholarship also. In canada there are many college that give you very good education.
