    Yes you are eligible for Income tax practice, but it is advisable to have a little more and prolonged exposure on taxation laws in your course, this can be easily done by choosing B. CM LL.B.     Well as per my knowledge instead of going for B.A. LL.B. You should go for B.Com LL.B. As while doing B.Com you will be taught subjects like corporate accounting, cost accounting, taxation etc. Which will be helpful in making a future career as you desire.     Yes, you can, but you should be aware about Income tax laws and other relevant laws relating to it. And in some cases, you need to take help of Chartered Accountant.
