Is a B.P.Ed qualified eligible to apply as a principal in KVS?

To be eligible for the post of principal in KVS you need to have a Master's degree from recognized university with at least 45 percent marks in aggregate; B.Ed or equivalent teaching degree.
With B.P.Ed degree it would not be possible.
