Is a Bachelor's degree in English required to do M.A in English from this university?

My Bachelor's is in computer science but I am interested in pursuing a Master's in English. My scores are good enough and meet the minimum requirements. Is it possible to get admission?

Yes, in every university, you have to first do bachelor's then you are eligible to do masters. The terms and condition of the university clearly suggest you to first get your bachelor's done then apply for masters. They even ask for marks in your bachelor and degree too.
