is a candidate with a 3 year graduation degree eligible to pursue MBA from USA/Canada?

And i'm still a fresher, and completed my B.Sc in August 2012. I have also done two short term courses in C and C++. So am i eligible to study MBA with a 3 year graduation degree in USA/Canada?
