    Color blindness is a condition that affects a person's ability to see certain colors. It is caused by a genetic mutation that affects the way the eye's cone cells respond to light. However, color blindness is not a debilitating condition and does not prevent a person from performing most tasks, including a job as an RBI Grade B officer.As per the official website of Reserve Bank of India, there is no specific mention about color blindness as a disqualifying criterion for the post of Grade B officer.
