A Diploma in Culinary Arts is shorter and mostly about skill. It good for student who want to start working fast. It focus on hands-on training like cooking, baking and also running kitchen.
But a Culinary Arts degree go more deep. It teach food science, management and world cuisines. Diploma is chea
