A Diploma in Culinary Arts is shorter and mostly about skill. It good for student who want to start working fast. It focus on hands-on training like cooking, baking, and running kitchen.

But a Culinary Arts degree go more deep. It teach food science, management, and world cuisines. Diploma is cheaper and faster, but degree is seen more value for long-time career and leadership in hotel or restaurant.
