Is a diploma holder eligible to do a Bachelor\\\'s course

Is there any provision or a course or an examinations to obtain a Bachelor degree in civil engineering if the person is completed three years diploma? Please note that diploma completed with first class in 1988.

Dear Ms. Mankari , it is certainly possible to do Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, with the eligibility of a 12+ or equivalent. If you have completed the diploma course after SSC, in the Science field, then can opt for BE-Civil Engineering course from IMA partnering International Universities.
