Hi Anil,
As rightly said by Rex you can get admission to a B.Tech programme through Lateral entry and there are several Institutes which give this option of Lateral Entry. Few of the names which I could suggest are:
Aligarh Muslim University
Bhagwant University
Bharath University Exam
IPU
Jaypee I

You must try for Lateral entry in to Engineering in various Engineering Colleges , all most all the Govt Engineering Colleges have Lateral Entry Scheme for Diploma Students
