Is a Distance learning MBA from SMU good option ?
my friend is working as a safety officer in construction company. & he want to do MBA in HR in distance learing education. is it good for him ? whethere sikim manipal university is best for him.........................

he can also look at distance learning options from some other universities like:
Symbiosis
Amity
IMT

Sikkim Manipal University is one of the best university. It is approved by many authorities. You can check there website.
Other institutes are:
1) IGNOU
2) KSOU
3) Punjab Technical University
4) Maharishi Dayanand University
5) Pondicherry University

its good for him to do MBA in distance mode..........not only sikim manipal university but also other universities are good for him which is recognised by joint committee of UGC-DEC-AICTE
