Hii Shantanu, if you are a registered Pharmacist of Karnataka State Pharmacy Council and want to run medicine shop in Gujarat then you can apply for transfer of your registration to Gujarat state by submitting an application in form-G. For More details check this link :- http://gujaratpharmacycounci
