i'm now in final year of bsc(hons) in physics.my question is a GRE gen test mandatory to apply for a phd in physics in USA?is there any institute considering only GRE subject test score?also,if i want to go in 2013 or 2014 how should i prepare myself?

Hi,
No, there are no institutes that would offer PHD in physics without the GRE. Apart from that, i would also like to inform you that the subject GRE is preferred for PHD in physics. Incase you have taken the subject GRE, you have taken the right test.
