Is a lower branch in IIT Delhi better than computer science in dtu/ nsit

Its not fair to compare branches in this manner.But yes as far as general argument goes,till civil IIT Delhi is better.If you are really interested in Computer Science then only you should decide your college on that basis,otherwise go for better college.
