Is a Masters Degree in Human Resource helpful for my career?

I am a graduate student from India and looking forward to pursuing higher education in my specialisation in human resource. Also, I am thinking of doing it outside India in a well-known university. Do you think it is right for me or should I go for MBA as every other person?

It depends on the college and placement scenario. Join colleges like IIMs, XLRI, etc. for better career prospects.
