Is a MSC (IT) Student Equivalent to an Experienced candidate (same no of yrs) in terms of Pay Package?
I am pursuing Msc(It) from Mumbai University (Full-Time) and have given my Part 1 exams (results awaiting). I would like to know whether employers give preference to Experienced candidates or the one with a Masters Degree.

Your Pay Package totally depends on your skills and knowledge. It cant be compared.
