To become a commercial pilot, you must get a Commercial Pilot License (CPL). But before you get a CPL, you must have a Student Pilot License (SPL). There are three pilot licenses, SPL, Private Pilot License (PPL), and CPL.

No. For the CPL training, a candidate has to be free from any colour blindness. But you will be eligible to do some other courses in Aviation Industry like Airport management and Air ticketing and travel management. You can visit www.igiaindia.in for more information.
