Is a PG Diploma course after Diploma in EEE is equivalent to degree?

PG Diploma is pursued only after graduation, and not after Diploma. Diploma by itself is considered equivalent to class 12th. You can only pursue 'Post Diploma' or Bachelors after a Diploma.
