Is a PGDHRM done through distance learning from Symbiosis eligible for PH.D. in Management
I have done PGDHRM (Distance learning) from Symbiosis,I want to pursue PHD in Management.Am i eligible for the same?Also, if i want to get a MBA degree from any university will this PGDHRM will benefit to reduce the duration of course or is there any way through which PGDHRM can be upgraded to MBA.

I'm Afraid not, for , ad the post graduate diploma is not considered equal to masters degree.

Hi,
A person to be eligible for PhD programme needs to have a Masters degree with 55% and above aggregate marks, from a recognized University, so I really doubt that your PGDHRM which is a postgraduate diploma course would be accepted for PhD programme.
