Is a PGDM (HR) with 78% eligible to do PHD
sir i m manisha ... i've completed my PGDM in HR specialization with 78%. it is two year course i.e. equvallent to MBA... my quary is regarding to PHD... may i do PHD from this course..

As per my knowledge, for PhD a candidate must hold master degree and PGDM is a diploma, not a degree.

I can do PHD because PGDM is equivalent to MBA.

pgdm is a diploma course nt degree. u can't do phd after it.
