Is a PHD ( say in an IIT ) directly after B.Tech (without Mtech) eligible for regular jobs as Astt Prof / Prof in state/central universities

Yes they are eligible.The colleges like ISM Dhanbad do offer such programs(M-TECH+PHD integrated).This year exams are already over.Try next year.The notifications would be available in the month of December(for ISM Dhanbad)
