Project is not a part of green belt certification. Green Belt focuses on study of DMAIC approach and some software tools like Minitab. You may have to attend some three to four days of classes if not opted for online course. Once you opt for higher certifications like Black Belt project work/study w

No, project is compulsory for Black Belt certification. For Green belt certification it is not compulsory.
