<p>No, a score of 5.5 in IELTS is not good enough for admission to the College of New Caledonia. The minimum IELTS academic score required for admission to the College of New Caledonia is 6.0-6.5. For TOEFL, 80 &amp; Above is needed and for PTE, 59 &amp; Above is needed, For Duolingo, 105 is needed. CAEL, CELPIP and PTE with scores equivalent to the above are also accepted.</p>
