Is a student eligible for DASA if they studied 7th-8th in Dubai, 11th-12th in India, and their father worked in Dubai for 6 years?

You are not eligible for DASA. To apply through DASA or CIWG, a student must have completed both 11th and 12th abroad in the last 8 years. Since you did 11th–12th in India and only 7th–8th in Dubai, you don't meet the eligibility—even if your father worked abroad.

No, a student who schooled in Dubai (7 th-8 th) and India (11 th -12 th) is no longer usually qualified under the DASA (Direct Admission of Students Abroad) plan. In case of Indian nationals, DASA necessitates studying a foreign land with at least 2 years of study, inclusive of 11 th and 12 th or such like and is also obligatory of passing the qualifying examination, outside. Though his father worked 6 years in Dubai and they may fall under CIWG (Children of Indian workers in Gulf) quota under DASA whose fee structure is different (however DASA still has much primary schooling requirement), they still need to meet the primary schooling
