Is a student from commerce stream without mathematics eligible for BCA or not?

Yes you can go for BCA if you have completed 12th from commerce stream. But you need to work hard in Mathematics. If you have completed 12th from commerce stream. If you are looking for best university with quality education, good placements, exposure then I would recommend you to choose Lovely prof

Not all universities but some allow a commerce student to pursue BCA even without studying mathematics in PUC but you must learn mathematics as a subject in BCA.

BCA candidates should have either mathematics or computer in class 12th. As you don't have mathematics in class 12th, if computer application was a subject in class 12th then you will be eligible for BCA course. Yes, he/she is eligible for the same, as in BCA the main thing is coding that has no means with any other subject.

Yes, students from commerce without mathematics is eligible for BCA. He/She must have minimum marks and his/her 12th class I. e. , 50%. If he/she fulfill this criteria then he/she can get admission in any college of his/her choice. Although some best colleges have different criteria to get admission
