Is a student having an MCA degree eligible for Madhya Pradesh Patwari exam 2017?
I have completed my MCA from RGPV with 1st division, completed B.Sc (CS) with first division and 12th (maths) with 72%.

Although you are over qualified, you are eligible B.Com and can apply for Patwari job.
