Is a student who is a pass-out from a UGC recognised institute eligible to apply for Govt. jobs?

Hello,
Yes, candidate who has passed from the UGC approved university is eligible to apply for all the government. Exams. Although, every exam follows the different eligibility criteria. But, if you are preparing for UGC NET exam, then this exam follows the restrict rules.
