Is a student with all back papers cleared eligible for the IAS exam

hi.. i\'m doin engineering n now in final year.. have had year backs 3 times..\ni\'m interested in doing ias.. am i eligible to apply for ias????\npls do reply to this question..\nthanq..

IAS is not a course; it is a department. Every degree holder upto 28 years in General is eligible apply for vacancies in Civil Services Sevices. There would be around 700 vacancies every year. The notification comes in February. If you can figure yourself among the top 50, you can select the service
