You need to appear for the entrance. The admission is also based on meeting other criteria, which also includes minimum marks of your graduation. Yes, you can definitely do an M.Sc. In Food Technology once you have done your bachelor's in biotechnology. Since the minimum eligibility for doing an M.Sc. In Food Technology is a bachelor's degree in any of the following branches: Microbiology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Botany, etc.
