Yes, you can definitely do an M.Sc. In Food Technology once you have done your bachelor's in biotechnology. Since the minimum eligibility for doing an M.Sc. In Food Technology is a bachelor's degree in any of the following branches: Microbiology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Botany, etc.

Yes of course. You can get admission. May be they will test you on the base of your aggregate. And mostly they will provide you admission without any entrance exams.
