Hi Raaz,
Yes, you are definitely eligible to pursue MS from US after completing B.Tech through lateral entry. The only thing that then matters is the B.Tech score and the eligible exams which are mandatory for the university you are applying for.

I am aiming for University of South Florida, Tampa. Could you please help me clear my doubt regarding having 3 years BTech degreeafter Diploma like how to showcase my credit points for B.Tech 1st year? or do I need transcripts of both Diploma and Btech?
