Is Acharya Institute of Technology Tier 1 or Tier 2?

<p>Acharya Institute of Technology is regarded as a Tier 2 college in general. The BTech course of the institute has an IIRF ranking at place 81 of 166 Indian colleges, and it is ranked at number 151 out of 312 colleges by the National Institutional Ranking Framework Innovation in India for the year 2023. These rankings do not have any definitions for Tier 1 and Tier 2 but they help to not certain where an institution stands among other technical universities in a country. The term Tier 1 commonly refers to famous engineering institutions in India such as IITs &amp; NITs known for their high standards of education, research work, and placements made. Sometimes referred to as Tier-2, these colleges are considered the second best option when it comes to quality education after tier-1 institutes which do not always have similar recognition available for them.</p>
