The pattern for both ACT and SAT  examination similar and both the examination hold equal value. 

There is no comparison of which one is easy, it totally depends upon the strength of the candidates. 

ACT has a Science section that need a well understanding and quick pace however SAT is more of a math

There is no such comparison that can be drawn between ACT or SAT difficulty levels. While ACT focuses more on Maths section plus Reading and Writing that is analytical.
