Is admission based on 12th merit, or do I need to write the LPU NEST entrance exam for admission into the BCA Hons at LPU?

Dear Aspirant, My cousin brother has taken admission to the BCA (Hons. ). Programme at LPU this year in the 2021 session based on my recommendation. Hi Devanshu, Since you have not mentioned your percentage in 12th here, Please find here the eligibility criteria for BCA (Hons ) programme. Eligibility Criteria (Qualifying Exam) Pass with 90% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English or equivalent or Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPU NEST. 5% relaxation to North-East states and Sikkim candidates or Defence Personnel and their Dependents or Wards of Kashmir Migrants Hope this helps.

Hi there, the eligibility for BCA Hons is Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPU NEST. This goes for the BCA MCA Hons as well.

The admission for BCA Hons is based on the eligibility criteria of 60% marks in 10+2 with English +LPUNEST. So, it is mandatory to have 60% marks in 10 along with that you have to write LPU NEST for the eligibility. Lovely Professional University conduct LPU NEST for the eligibility and scholarship. The LPU NEST is conducted to check the conceptual clarity of the student of previous qualification. The duration of the test is 90 minutes (1:30 hr. ). And it consists of objective type multiple-choice questions (MCQs) without any negative marking. The test will be consist of three subject out of which English would be compulsory and student can opt for any two remaining subject as per his or her liking.
