Is admission for B.Arch in CEPT Ahmedabad only through NATA score or is there an exam conducted by the institute for the admission process ?

My XII(CBSE) overall % is 73.8 and has scored 82/200 in NATA but the score is valid for 2 yrs and if I retake the test the score will be the avg of both the attempts so I am not sure if I can improve my score if I retake.So I want to know if there is a test by CEPT itself for the admission procedure
