There is a common rank list and category rank list too. Reservation category by way of normalisation gets seat at comparatively lesser marks than unreserved.

7 years agoAdmission is based on category ranks. Hence, there are opening and closing ranks of each category displayed after every round of counselling. -
It is based on the AIR rank for General candidates and Category ranks for SC/ST/OBC-NCL candidates. A new quota for non creamy layer of General Candidates has also been implemented by the Government of India.
