The Hitkarini College of Engineering and Technology has well qualified and experienced staff members with excellent academic achievements. The college has established a total of 120 faculty members at the college, wherein 60 percent is PhD holders and 30 percent are in the PhD program. The faculty-to-student ratio is 1:15 that afford specific student attention and expansive mentoring. Teaching experience of the faculty members is also approximately ten years and few having industrial exposure of about 20 years.
