No it is not possible.
But there are many universities like Amity, SRM, Lovely etc that take into consideration both the marks in 12th as well as JEE. Not only this they are offering scholarships to students on the basis of either of the two.
So, in case you have not give any test you can try for

Sahil In indraprastha University Admission strictly on the basis of Entrance exam taken by university. There are many colleges in NCR under IP University who offers management seats, you will get admission there without any test.
