Yes of course, there is admission for B.Tech CS and IS in NIE. Keeping previous year cut-off as a reference you can apply in KEA. Since you belong to a lateral entry, you'll be offered 150 credits for 3 years to get your B.Tech.

If you have completed Diploma then you can join BE/BTech by attempting DCET.
