Assam University is a central university that was founded in 1994 and is well-known for offering a broad range of undergraduate, graduate, and doctorate programs in different fields. Assam University is a central government university whereas ADTU is a private one. AU has been there for years since it was established in 1994 whereas ADTU is pretty recent. Both are decent though. Each of them has their own advantages but AU being a government university is much cheaper since for a course like MBA where ADTU takes 4.5 Lacs fees, AU takes only 7200 in total. So yes ADTU is also a good university if you are willing to spend the money.
