Aerospace is a niche branch of engineering. It is an inter disciplinary branch with exposure to both Aeronautical Engineering and Electronics ( IT also). There are good career opportunities for Aerospace Engineers in Government and private sector.

Aerospace Engineering is a four-year/eight-semester program that covers physics and math. It is a difficult course that needs students to study hard. This makes Aerospace Engineering a viable career path. Students can work with ISRO, NASA, DRDO, HAL, NAL, MRO, and other organizations, and the pay range for Aeronautical Engineers is extremely competitive. Candidates with 2-3 years of expertise in this sector can earn 6-10 LPA.
