Affiliate marketing is a type of performance-based marketing, hence unless you have a good connection, a customer base, or sourcing and influence where you can generate business results for corporate or self, it's a tough job role. Affiliate marketing is a great way to earn more income but, it is a part-time job, not a good full-time career option. However, Looking at the growing competition, the same product is promoted and sold by many of the affiliates.
