Hi For OBC, the age limit is 32 years so You can apply for Civil Services prelims exam

well it is the minimum age limit. Maximum age could be 33 years. So any person falling in the age group 0f 21 to 33 years will be eligible. source - http://www.civilservicecoaching.com/eligibility.htm
