Dear Dilip,
See, there is no comparison between the two. IITs are the top institutions of the world and the colleges falling under AIEEE are not up to that level. There are NITs and other few institutions under AIEEE also which are premier institutions in the country.

Dear DILIP,
IIT-JEE is the exam through which u get the admission for the IITs in INDIA , and if you are there in the Extended merit list of IIT then you will get the admission in NITs of INDIA..
AIEEE is the exam through which you will get the admission in NITs and there is a provision of getting

both are different. IIT JEE only for 16 IIT's in India but AIEEE is for rest colleges in INdia including all NITs, and different state level university's also...so IIT JEE is better than AIEEE definately...Kindly revert for any further queries, also if you liked this answer then rate it 'Best answer
